Radiotherapy Centers seeking to operate linear accelerator system for three years or less may prefer the ROS Linac Rental program, which includes:
- Varian iX linear accelerator
- Base frame (if needed)
- Installation and service/maintenance
- All for one bundled price
The first six months are billed initially to cover installation costs, and then a lower, monthly or quarterly payment covers the equipment and its service. Physics services and OIS system sold separately. Prices for installations in the U.S. start at $16,000/month.
Reasons to rent a linac:
- Starting a new practice and don’t want to assume high financial risk.
- Need a temporary solution until your facility purchases a new machine in a few years.
- Your country does not allow you to purchase a used linac.
